Hi all:
Well, after 3 and 1/2 years of being retired, I am going back to work Tomorrow. I was in banking for 32 years ( NO I am NOT that OLD!!....well, kinda) but I just had enough and I took the early retirement. But NOW.....I am bored to death. NONE of my friends or family are retired, so I don't have anyone to have fun with. I have learned to go to the Morning Movies by myself.....that is what I will miss the most.( along with staying up until 2 or 3 am reading fanfiction!! ) I was at OOTP the first day at 10AM and only 30 other people with me!! Had to LOVE that!!
Well, I was a branch manager, and I do NOT want that job again. I will be learning to be a teller (NEVER have I EVER been a teller!!)(everyone learns to be a teller), but I will be working New Accounts. My old bank was the 7th largest in the country, and my new bank is a much smaller HOME TOWN bank which is JUST WONDERFUL with ME!!
We just spent a week in Nags Head, N.C. we thought we would go this time of the year since the "Tourist" are all gone. Of course we don't consider ourselves tourist, we live 70 miles away. We NEVER go to Va. Beach(Va......where we live near) But there were tons of people still there!! The weather was great for 3 days then it rained for 2 and then nice again. We rent this huge house...for 4 of us and it has 5 bedrooms....so we can get away if we need to.!! The Atlantic was very angry.....9 foot Swells on Friday and higher and much more angry on Friday......NOT even a hurricane!!
Well, I guess I have bored you enough with all my STUFF....since this is my first entry, I am not sure how it will go. Most of you are Harry Potter lovers, so we have soooo much in common.
